Mark E. Papadopoulos is a senior associate with Isler Dare Ray Radcliffe & Connolly, P.C. 

Prior to joining Isler Dare, Mark served as a Senior Policy Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Employment Standards at the United States Department of Labor.  In that capacity, he advised the Assistant Secretary on a range of policy, law, and enforcement matters with a particular emphasis on Family and Medical Leave Act and Fair Labor Standards Act matters.  Prior to this appointment, Mark spent three years in the Solicitor’s Office of the Department of Labor where he rendered advice and litigated cases on behalf of the Department under numerous statutory provisions including the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the whistleblower provisions of various statutes including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.  Before his government service, Mark practiced for three years in Washington, D.C. with the firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where he focused on civil and criminal litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels.

Mark graduated magna cum laude from Cornell Law School in 1998.  After law school, Mark clerked for one year for the Honorable J.L. Edmondson on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta, Georgia. 

Mark resides with his wife and two children in Falls Church, Virginia.
