Sarah Haley Wickham is an associate with Isler Dare Ray Radcliffe & Connolly, P.C.
Prior to beginning private practice, she served a one year judicial clerkship with the Arlington Circuit Court in Arlington, Virginia. Sarah has experience in advising and counseling clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and employment related tort claims such as defamation and duty of loyalty. Sarah also reviews and drafts employment policies and employment agreements such as separation agreements and executive employment agreements.
Sarah resides with her husband in Washington, D.C.
